A buyer’s agent is one who is ethically and legally bound to put the buyer’s interests ahead of all else in a real estate transaction.

Once under buyer’s agency agreement, the agent is contractually and ethically responsible to you, and not working for the seller. It is important to do this before you go rushing off looking for homes or you may end up with no representation.

Buyer's Agency allows the agent with whom you are working to be your representative and to put your interests above all others. The Buyer Agency Agreement provided by the Texas Real Estate Commission is required for all clients.
